What’s supported#
- Keyboard. Every link and button can be reached with Tab and used with Enter (or Space for buttons), with a clearly visible focus outline. A Skip to content link is the first stop on every page.
- Screen readers. Pages use real headings, labeled search and filters, and buttons that announce whether a day is selected. When you search or change the day, the number of results is announced.
- Clear link names. Links that open a new tab, like tracks on YouTube, announce it.
- Touch. Buttons and links are at least 44 pixels tall, a comfortable size to tap.
- Small screens and zoom. Layouts reflow down to the narrow outer screen of a folding phone (about 280 pixels wide) and at 200% zoom, without sideways scrolling.
- Reduced motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, animations are turned off.
- Contrast. Text is light on a dark background and is designed for comfortable contrast.
Tips#
- Press Tab once after a page loads to reveal the Skip to content link.
- On the lineup, the day buttons work as toggle buttons; their selected state is announced.
- Your browser’s text zoom and reader settings work as usual.
Known gaps#
- Track artwork is decorative; the track title and artist name always carry the meaning. Thumbnails come from YouTube and have no detailed descriptions.
- There’s no light theme yet. If the dark design is hard for you to read, your device’s high-contrast or invert settings will still work.
- Keyboard use, zoom and small-screen layouts have been checked in browsers, but a complete hands-on pass with every major screen reader hasn’t been finished yet.
